Safety and Education

The Cornbelt Fire Protection District is dedicated to providing life safety education to all citizens of our community. The Safety and Education Division is committed to ensuring all citizens know how to remain safe at home, at work and at school.

We strive to provide effective and comprehensive fire safety education with the most up-to-date information available. Volunteers from the Safety and Education Division are primarily responsible for fire prevention education and outreach services for residents of the Cornbelt Fire Protection District. We aim to reduce fire deaths and injuries by focusing on prevention and recognizing and rectifying unsafe behaviors.

Cornbelt regularly provides presentations on fire safety to community organizations, schools, civic groups and clubs. We strive to be flexible in our approach, and are capable of hosting groups at the fire station, or we can travel off-site. If you are interested in scheduling a presentation, please fill out the form below and submit your information. A member of the Safety and Education Division will be in touch as soon as possible. Because our committee is comprised of volunteers, we ask that you schedule your date no sooner than two weeks in advance.

 Thank you,

Home Safety Education Committee
